We are looking for a talented Immigration Consultant Assistant/Case Manager and a multilingual Receptionist
We focus on all aspects of Canadian immigration, hence our employees must:
Be able to work with clients’ documents;
Provide excellent customer service;
Work with very little supervision;
Computer literacy is an asset (MS Office, Gmail, Adobe, etc.)
Assistant/Case manager – salary depends on experience and skills. Main responsibility to work with docs, preparing immigration applications. Attention to details is a must. Previous immigration experience is an asset. Hours: 9-5. In the beginning, the employment may be part-time or 3-4 days a week a promotion to full-time after a month or two.
Receptionist – 14-15$/hr. – Main responsibility is to communicate with clients and visitors, respond to calls and emails. Hours: 9-5. In the beginning, the employment may be part-time or 3-4 days a week a promotion to full-time after a month or two.
