Our partners are looking for an Administrative assistant to assist in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Ideal candidate must be familiar with basics of accounting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Filing of office documents such as leases with tenants or contracts with suppliers.
- Communicate with tenants and suppliers on a regular basis in a professional manner.
- Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
- Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
- Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
- In addition, Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Need to be able to work with Excel
- Lastly, Need to be familiar with bank reconciliation
Qualifications:
- Administrative assistant: 1 year (required)
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- English (Required)
- Computer and technology knowledge
- Lastly, Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word

Estimated Salary: $21–$25 an hour
