Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic assessments of installed appliances, identifying and rectifying any issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Work closely with other skilled tradespeople, such as electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians, to integrate appliance systems seamlessly into construction projects.
- Adhere to architectural plans, technical specifications, and manufacturer guidelines to ensure accurate installation and alignment of appliances.
- Provide technical assistance and expertise during project planning and design phases, offering insights on appliance placement, compatibility, and performance optimization.
- Maintain organized documentation of appliance installations, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping for future reference.
- Collaborate with project managers to coordinate appliance deliveries, installations, and testing schedules to meet project milestones.
- Finally, operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment required for appliance installation and repair.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appliance repair, installation, or a related technical field within the construction industry is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of appliance systems, technical schematics, and installation processes.
