Are you an experienced Bricklayer looking to contribute your skills to exciting construction projects? Our Partner Company in Canada is seeking a dedicated and capable Bricklayer to join our team and be an essential part of our construction endeavors.

Job Summary: As a Bricklayer, you will collaborate with a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure the successful completion of their construction projects. Your craftsmanship and dedication will play a crucial role in shaping the quality and integrity of the structures, making you a valued asset to the company’s growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with other tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and masons, to contribute to various construction tasks.
  • Safely load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
  • Execute core construction duties, including bricklaying, concrete mixing, and mortar application, following the guidance of lead construction personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by efficiently managing debris, sweeping, and disposing of waste materials.
  • Assist in assembling and dismantling temporary structures, scaffolding, and ladders.
  • Contribute to the precise measurement and marking of construction materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment in a skilled and safe manner.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the construction supervisor or project manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in bricklaying or related construction fields is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of construction techniques, tools, and equipment, particularly brickwork-related ones.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety, with a demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Lastly, physical capability to handle heavy objects and perform demanding tasks.

Job Conditions:

Monthly salary: Varies according to experience, from $30-$35 an hour.

Job Type: Full-time, (what’s more, providing stable employment and opportunities for career growth)
