Our Partner Company in Canada is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team.

Job Summary: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be pivotal in orchestrating the successful execution of construction projects. Your adept management skills and industry expertise will be instrumental in achieving project milestones while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Project Planning: Strategize and create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, to guide the successful implementation of construction projects.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and manage cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to harmonize efforts and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Budget Oversight: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, manage cost changes, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • In addition, Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project outcomes.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and challenges in advance, developing mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise preemptively during construction.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications, performing regular inspections and addressing any deviations.
  • Finally, Communication: Foster transparent and effective communication among project stakeholders, informing them about project developments, milestones, and challenges.


  • Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager with a proven record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Construction Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices, along with familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for motivating and coordinating diverse teams toward common goals.
  • Lastly, Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing project data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to optimize project outcomes.

Job Conditions:

Monthly salary: Varies according to experience, from $50-$55 an hour.

Job Type: Full-time, (what’s more, providing stable employment and opportunities for career growth).
