An advertising agency in Toronto is seeking 2 Copywriters to join their team!
Job Summary: As Copywriter, you will be responsible for producing compelling and engaging content for various mediums, including but not limited to websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials. This role will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns promoting the brand and driving engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute writing across a wide range of channels including but not limited to web, social, digital ads, print, email, direct and response, out-of-home, broadcast, video, and radio.
- Steward our brand voice by writing within brand guidelines while helping to expand the brand voice and tailoring your writing to an audience.
- Think strategically and mine insights from every brief.
- Build and own copy decks for internal and external presentations.
- Work with various partners: designers, art directors, marketing specialists, producers, and other foundation partners.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a Copywriter at an agency or freelance.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work.
- Strong presentation skills that inspire and engage an audience.
- Strong familiarity with industry-standard creative software to complete your work, including MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite.
- Digital and social media skills.
Job Conditions:
Monthly salary: Varies according to experience from $4,000 – $5,000/month.
