A Car Dealer Center in Saskatoon, SK, is seeking a Customer Service Manager.
Job Summary: The Customer Service Manager is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers and maintaining a clean and organized store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the activities of the working groups and related programs in a customer service capacity by overseeing service delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals, guiding principles, and management commitments.
- Maintains and oversees the delivery of consistent internal and external messaging and adheres to the department’s level of service documents.
- Develops and facilitates training material directly related to systems, staffing, and standards for customer service within the respective departments.
- Negotiates, mediates, and facilitates resolution to issues related to the respective departments.
- Assists in the development of department business plans.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Spoken and written English
- Degree in business administration, social science, engineering, or a related discipline
- 1 year of experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $28–$32 an hour
