Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside skilled tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to perform a range of construction, maintenance, and labor-intensive tasks.
- Execute tasks such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, digging trenches, clearing debris, and assisting tradespeople as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure and productive work environment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized job site, promoting efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment responsibly, reporting any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in general labor, construction, or a related field is advantageous.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic familiarity with construction tools and equipment.

Job Conditions:
Hourly wage: Starting from $18-$22, commensurate with experience.
