Job Summary: As a General Laborer, you will collaborate closely with a team of construction professionals to ensure the successful completion of various projects. Your hard work and dedication will contribute to the efficient execution of tasks, helping to elevate the quality and timeliness of our projects.
- Work alongside skilled tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to perform a range of construction, maintenance, and labor-intensive tasks.
- Execute tasks such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, digging trenches, clearing debris, and assisting tradespeople as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure and productive work environment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized job site, promoting efficiency and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment responsibly, reporting any issues promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in general labor, construction, or a related field is advantageous.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Lastly, effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team.
Hourly wage: Starting from $18-$22, commensurate with experience.
