Our partners in Canada are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their team. The Operations Manager role primarily involves implementing effective processes and practices to improve performance, resource procurement, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be capable of mentoring team members, devising strategies to enhance customer service, and introducing best practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
  • Lastly, find ways to increase the quality of customer service

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Lastly, experience in budgeting and forecasting

Job Conditions:

Monthly salary: Varies according to experience, from $20-$25 an hour.

Job Type: Full-time, (what’s more, providing stable employment and opportunities for career growth)
