Our Partner Company in Canada is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. 

Job Summary: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing warehouse operations to ensure the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. Your leadership and organizational skills will contribute to the smooth functioning of the company’s warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain a productive and cohesive team.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of incoming and outgoing shipments, adhering to company standards and industry regulations.
  • In addition, operational Efficiency: Streamline warehouse processes to improve efficiency, minimize bottlenecks, and enhance productivity.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations, creating a secure work environment for all warehouse personnel.
  • Finally, equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functioning and addressing any maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role is required.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Inventory Expertise: Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external partners.
  • Lastly, organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Job Conditions:

Monthly salary: Varies according to experience, from $26-$30 an hour.

Job Type: Full-time (what’s more, providing stable employment and opportunities for career growth)
